Ever since she was a young child, Amanda loved telling stories and has always had a thing for the camera (whether she was behind or in front of it). That later transformed into a career as a photojournalist, news anchor, and eventually a public relations specialist.
Amanda continues to share her clients' stories, providing PR, marketing and brand strategy support along with content development and design consultation. With over 20 years in the field, Amanda has led highly-recognized integrated marketing and media relations campaigns for a wide range of clients, including clothing brands, healthcare organizations, music festivals, sporting events, tourism, local markets, to lifestyle and every day products.
Amanda is dedicated to deliver impactful public relations and marketing strategies that achieve exceptional results. With a a solid understanding of the media landscape and strong relationships with journalists, she’s always up for the challenge of securing coverage for her clients.
Amanda is also known for her creativity, attention to detail, and her pronounced passion for local business and the community. Founding Bayawesome.com in 2015, as a lifestyle blogger, she has attracted a global audience, known for her friendly and relatable personality. Amanda feels most at home when she is at the lake. Her two-year old son Jack, inspired her to take the plunge into entrepreneurship.
